Spend there 5 nights. Booked Suite. Got keys to our room but the door to our room was wide opened. Reception did not know that there was a curtain rod that needed to be replaced in the room. Once we settled in,we turned on the AC, as it was very hot in the room, and we left to sightsee the area.When we can back few hours later, room was very hot. AC was not working-was blowing hot air. Receptionist sent maintenance to our room. He checked it, agreed it was not working & said he will come back the same evening. He did not. We were not able to open an window to make it more conformable (our 2 yr old had a difficult time falling asleep). Next day upon our request,reception send in maintenance again. Said our AC unit will be replaced the same day. We went out for entire day&came back around 7PM. Our room was very hot again-it was close to 29 degrees. At that time i was frustrated&insisted that something be done or different room to be provided. We were able to move to room with working AC, and we completed our stay. As a inconvenience we were offered breakfast for both my partner and myself. I realize that for many it's not a big deal and they would not raised the issue. For us it did make a big difference for few reasons, but that is irrelevant. We paid for room with particular standard and features advertised and we were not receiving what we paid for. Asked for receipt to be emailed to me & was assure I will get it electronically. Still did not get it. Aside from that - ok.
