"Beautiful place with fabulous staff willing to do ANYTHING to make your experience better. Expedia does not tell you it is insanely difficult to drive to and near impossible without 4 wheel drive. "Return trip after many years. Hear/see ocean from room. Wildlife easily spotted.housekeeping and gardens were very clean. Rooms well constructed especially bathroom ( nothing fancy but solidly built). Customer service and waitstaff need hospitality training. Guests seemed like an inconvenience.(Booking and administration were very responsive helping with Corcovado tour. ) Unfortunately,if the only contact a guest has is with employees that seemingly don’t want to be there then the whole place...

"What an adventure, Naguala is one of the best kept secrets on the Osa. This is a rainforest paradise, with waterfalls, trails, gardens and all the wildlife. It was a perfect place to catch our breath. The food was so delicious, we saw tapir tracks at the river, 3 different monkeys, the howlers are so loud and the toucans and small red billed ones are cool too. Thanks to the Naguala family and Evelio for taking care of us. Next time we will stay longer! Pura Vida."

"Jaguar’s Jungle is accurate as advertised: a barebones bungalow in the middle of the jungle so read the fine print and don’t expect to be super comfortable. Great wildlife on the property. In our 4 days there, saw toucans, macaws, monkeys, and a sloth — and that’s on the property itself. The owners help arrange tours. We went diving & on a Corcovado tour; both excellent. And the food was great. You can also bring food in and cook in the guest kitchen"

"The view overlooking Drake Bay is amazing. The house was clean and well furnished. Air conditioners work great. Lots of foliage between the home and the beach so I got some good bird photos from the yard, even a couple hummingbirds. Jose was our contact person and met us at the home on arrival, he was easy to contact with using Whatsapp and even helped us book a night tour in Drake Bay (highly recommended).
