They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay. "All was well except renovation was occurring on the floor above us and was quite noisy until about midnight. The noise began again around 5 am. Made for a long night without a lot of sleep."
