“Very clean and tidy apartment. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice security being behind an electric gate, although it is a nice neighborhood. All of the appliances looked new, very clean. A person could easily walk to historic downtown to check out what it has to offer. The Hosts live on the premises, so it is easy to communicate with them. “Once we changed rooms it was better. First room,on 4th floor, had a closet door hanging partially off and a curtain hanging off also. The room had a brown stain where it appeared the ac unit had leaked. The room was rather musty smelling. The second room, on the first floor, was much better. No Gideons Bible in the drawer so we left a Hellfighters Search and Rescue New Testament. I was traveling with my female wife of 38 years!!”

“The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta.
