Overall unprofessional staff and outdated property

Our stay at Ola Boutique was amazing! The staff, the area, the overall look and feel of the hotel were a whole vibe. I cannot state enough how amazing the staff was! Only two things were, even though we paid for “valet parking” one night we got back late after a concert and we did not find any parking spots open. The security guard lady (who was AMAZING) offered us her spot and she parked somewhere else as she was leaving at 5am (this was around 2am). Also, our TV was disconnected when we came in and we told the concierge, who fixed it right away, except it never turned on or worked at all. Besides those two things, we recommend this hotel 10/10 and we will definitely be back!

The apartments are so convenient and makes you feel very secure. The staff is very welcoming and the amenities provided made the stay even better, especially getting new towels whenever needed. The apartment is spacious and has a home away from home feel. Old San Juan is about a 15-20 min walk, with the scenic view of the ocean it makes the walk go by a lot faster. The beach is also a 15-20 min walk from the apartments.

Great little property. They have hotels next door part of the same company, great little store down the street that has everything down the street.
