“Excellent room with a balcony overlooking the pool, clean and very well equipped”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Do the nature tour and ride the bikes all around the property.”

“The shower was not clean, had sand it’s rusty tiles are broken around the outside of the shower , mirror is all stain up. The hall way did not have a curtain . Kitchen only 1 small pot, and had ants. The AC is horrible it was very HOT. The out side hot tub was not working at , I paid a lot for this place that it’s not worth it. This place needs a remodel and the outside painted. All Staff were so helpful and so nice .”

“The room felt modern, and the neighborhood was safe and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Some dust and hair in the corners of room or on seldom used furniture (for example the fold out suitcase holder was really dusty and there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived). I also noticed halfway through my stay that the smoke detector had been taken down and was not working. Someone came and “fixed” it the next day, but it was then beeping constantly and still not working……

“J’ai séjourné 4 nuits La 2 e journée la chambre n’avait pas été faite J’ai texté l’employé car il n’y a jamais personne à la réception. J’ai demandé de faire la chambre.Le lendemain la 3 e journée la chambre n’a pas été faite Je suis allé a la reception me plaindre car enfin un être humain. La préposée a écris une note dans son ordi.La 4 e journée même situation et je me suis encore plaint.Dans tout mon séjour ils n’ont jamais nettoyé ma chambre , pas de serviette propre. En plus pas d’eau……
