"The staff seemed bothered by guests. The facility is dated and areas were visibly neglected and dirty. No hotel info in the room. The worst part- the hotel had no water from 11p-8a due to construction. No warning to guests and no credit or refund. No way to flush toilets, wash hands, or shower, and still charged full price. Breakfast wasn’t an option as they had to close. Terrible experience. Horrible service. "

"Great location right on York Beach. Rooms are accessible from the car park if you are on the ground floor. Room is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a tad on the small side but shower was good. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation."

"Hotel certainly not ready for travelers. Had to find off street parking in heavy rain just to check in. Next day, shower did not work. Had to shower in another room. No coffee avail at the hotel. Should not have been open with the lack of expected amenities."

"What a perfect hotel from the parking, the balcony, huge closet, two suitcase stands, clean, to the comfortable beds. Little details that made the stay relaxing & enjoyable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & the beach. Love it!"
