could not cancel my room

Had an emergency could not cancel my room and they charge me full price, NO REFUND POLICY. NO HOTEL SHOULDN'T have a no REFUND in case of emergency.

wouldn't go here again

smelled like smoke in a non smoking room..there were cigarette burns on the toilet and hair in the shower

Hello, I am sorry for your recent experience at our hotel. This is certainly not our standards. We are a 100% smoke free hotel. We enforce this firmly and any guests who does violate this policy will be charged and evicted from the hotel. We do deep clean the rooms after a guest has violated this policy but there are times the smell can linger a little longer than we would hope. We continue to combat this problem and are truly sorry it affected your stay. If possible, we would have happily moved you to a more acceptable room for your comfort. Sincerely, Stacey Schuhardt

Convenient for College visits

Basic but comfortable & clean. Beds really nice, good shower. Good location for College visits in the area. Nice pricing.

Nice hotel, close to D. C.

The hotel is next to the kingdom square (jehova witnesses meeting place)perfect for visitors visiting the kingdom square. it was quite and comfortable.

Very helpful hotel manager

I realized a day after checkout that I'd forgot my laptop charger at my room. I went back a day later and was told the room has been cleaned and the cleaners have left for the day. I thought I had lost the charger but the hotel manager went out of her way to help recheck the room and called the cleaners and facility staff to to ask around for the charger which was brought to me at the front desk. Very happy about the service.

Convenient hotel & friendly staff

We only had a short time there, but it was really pleasant. The overnight manager, Ricky was very friendly & accommodating to me. The entire staff was nice & the continental breakfast was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
