“For a one night stay, the hotel was ok. The rooms are small and very dated. The bathroom is particularly small. Everything seems old and dingy. There is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. The hotel can use a refresh.”

“They gave me dirtiest room”

“A little confusion at check in, as our reservation was somehow lost to another guest. The room and floor (#4) was freezing. We couldn’t get the TV to work, when we requested assistance from the desk no one arrived. On our second attempt for tv assistance the next day someone came within minutes and set the tv up properly. The rooms look very tired and probably need some updating (bathroom ceiling and door were damaged, couch was stained, no extra blankets). Finally there was really not……
