"Pictures did not do this property justice. This home has absolutely everything you will need for a great vacation. Wonderful layout, plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the living areas had very nice furniture. The game room offered so much for the entire family. Loved the theater room! Multiple decks and pool area provided breathtaking views in every direction. Anthony was a wonderful host and was readily available to assist us with questions and requests. It was a wonderful asset to rent a boat from him as well. Cannot say enough good things about this property. Will definitely be back."

My husband and I stayed here, would have love to rent with a larger group, for there are so many games to enjoy with friends and family. Only disappointment was with the hot tub. Couldn’t seem to get that working, but other than that, fantastic. "

"The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the amenities were great (the kids loved the bowling alley!) [Alas, since we visited off-season & mid-week, the indoor water park was closed. ] (We went off-resort for donut breakfast, but the on-location breakfast looked tasty but $$$) "

"Very clean with great views of the channel, plenty of beds for 10 folks or more, and maxed out bathrooms and showers. We caught a 5lb catfish off the deck. The dock has a cleaning station and is very nice as well. BBQ grill was nice. The great room was superb to watch the Chiefs game and ALCS. Great golf courses around the area with grocery stores near by. Would definitely rent again. We were so busy golfing and enjoying the property we did not have time to use the game room which is nice with billiards and golf game. The owner was very responsive and customer friendly."

"Great place! The home was very clean. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and all have their own bathroom. The downstairs is one bedroom with 2 beds and a futon. There is also a bathroom downstairs. This area was great for the 4 teenage girls. Pullout couches up stairs in a very large living space. One pullout in a small room off the kitchen with a small table and bar. The ice machine was wonderful. Special accommodations made for checkout without charging us extra. This was a shining star for me. Room for parking for 2 trucks hauling bass boats and an SUV. There was plenty of parking and we were able to park our trailers on-site. There is also a boat ramp on-site. This ramp is shared with 2 other properties. The ramp and ability to park our trailer on-site was key for us as we always travel to the lake with our boat. Three boat slips on private covered dock with electric! Paddle board, kayaks, and floats available. A very large deck with ample seating. minimal amount of steps and can walk around to avoid stairs down small incline. Fire pit available as well as games. We travel to LOZ at least twice a year and have for several years. We have always chosen different locations trying to find the perfect fit for our needs. We will be returning to this one. We finally found the one that fits all of our needs. "
