The staff were nice but the hotel room was not clean at all, the floors were dirty, the tub was dirty, the tables were aswell & I ended up ordering my own cleaners to clean the stuff

I felt the building was run down and not as clean outside since my previous stays. The door to the outside was broke and you couldn't lock it at all.

Front desk staff were wonderful. The rooms and facility as a whole lacked cleanliness. Floors were always dirty in main areas. The room hadn't been dusted in a while, there was hair from previous people throughout our room. Our floor hadn't been vacuumed prior to us getting there. Bathroom floor was gross and the baseboards were very dirty and had hair all over them. Definitely not the cleanest HIE we've stayed. The room was very humid and sticky too. Breakfast was decent.

Booked cause they had a pool and paid a higher price but when we arrived the pool had been permanently closed. It would have e been nice to know before booking that there was no pool.
