“The apartment is small but lovingly furnished, and has all that you need (except wifi which didn’t work during our stay). We were there during a heat wave but the fan in front of the little window let us sleep comfortably. For us it was a wonderfully unique experience of living for a few days in a medieval structure in a medieval village. We fell in love with the village and all the Dordogne. (Note that parking is in a public lot, and you must carry your bags by hand up a steep cobblestone path……

“We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Sarlat’s historic district! This unit is exceptionally clean, well equipped and beautifully finished. We immediately felt at home and loved how close we were to everything. Walking out the front door into the Wednesday & Saturday markets was delightful! Marc & Allison are gracious hosts! They provided restaurant recommendations and tips for the activities we wanted to do during our stay. The parking spot was a huge plus, and we appreciated that they drove us……

“The apartment is everything I hoped for, and more, a 'home from home' which was spotlessly clean. It's true to the photos but they don't reflect the 'feel' of the place. Within a week I felt like I was staying in the home of friends. The hosts, Maggie and Ahm strike the perfect balance between privacy and helpfulness/support.
