The house is about 10 kilometers from Acqui Terme, and about half an hour's drive from Nizza Monferrato and Canelli. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen, dining area and living room. On the ground floor there is also a master bedroom with its own bathroom. On the first floor there are three rooms, the two overlooking the valley with their own shower cubicle and washbasin. In addition, there is a large bathroom on the first floor. In the basement there is a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a large living room with an extra guest bed. You have everything you need in the house for living. The infinity salt-water pool together with the stunning view is amazing, absolutely loved it. There is only one more house up there, so it is always really quiet. Stores for groceries are in a range of 20 minutes, so also no problem.
