Staff are friendly and helpful, the lady who helped me could see I was exhausted from travelling and made sure I had a quiet room. The bathroom was equipped with everything even a shower cap, which was great as I only had hand luggage with my essentials. The breakfast buffet had everything. "

"Positives: proximity and access from Schiphol, clean, quiet. Negatives: Schiphol Hilton advertises FREE breakfast for every registered guest on their website. This was not offered or available. Check in was quick because only minimal information was given: room number, restaurant location and elevators. All other information needed to be asked for. A large sticker on the mirror states: “Dial 9” for additional supplies. That does not work. Front counter staff did not know about this at all. The website for room service ordering is painfully incomplete. No information on many food items. And how can I order the ‘soup of the day’ if I can’t find what kind of soup is available that day… We would not book this hotel again. "
