"This home is amazing! The floor plan is unique and very accommodating for a large family. Lots of games are provided and the hot tub is huuuge! The outdoor fire pit is nice. There is just nothing more you could need or want from this house! The owners are on site and super nice! We absolutely will be back to Townsend to stay at this beautiful place!"

"The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as convenient to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. The crate provided and enclosed yard was ideal for our 17 lb dog. The house was located far enough off main roads to be quiet and walkable with our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, toaster for cooking. The washer and dryer were large and clean. The owner was responsive and helpful when a bad storm...

"Beautiful, well maintained. Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful to us. There were many options for activities on the property, but we didn’t participate as we had plans in the National Park and in Gatlinburg! My only complaint was difficulties in finding the right parking lot to get to our unit. There really aren’t many signs and in darkness it is even more confusing. We would stay here again in the future!!"

"We were upgraded to a stay at Great Smokies Lodge. We had a very nice room considering what we paid and enjoyed a lot of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was a bit further from Gatlinburg than we were planning on but we drove out and spent the day in Gatlinburg one day, and it wasn’t an awful drive. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!"

"We were in town for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. Our first year attending this tournament, we followed the link on the tournament website and ended up at a less-than-stellar place that was near ober, so we had to drive through Gatlinburg crawling traffic, etc and it was hard to estimate our transit time, BUT once we found this place, it's just down the street from the complex, with a grocery store in between, AND it's a great place to stay, we will stay here every year. Thank you!"

"Great cabin! Loved the balconies & hot tub! Very clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood roads a little scary! Parking was also scary! But I would do it again!!"

"The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
