“We didn’t like that the breakfast wasn’t free, we had to pay for the breakfast while booking or you can at the hotel each day. The tv in one of our rooms was having technical difficulties. There’s no clocks in the rooms. & the floors aren’t carpeted, it’s hard floors & they were very dirty. My daughter’s socks were black on the bottom. But all that aside; the staff was amazing, we did purchase the breakfast & it was delicious. We got $5 off per ticket when we purchased Dollywood tickets through……

“Desk clerk was nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Stayed clean and well stocked. Loved being on balcony looking at the river below. Ducks,geese and other animals in the river. Close to restaurants and shops.”
