“This property is worth the price ,the service, the quality, the amenities, the location!!!! The focus is to stay on the wilderness of the smoky resort if you go to the Wyndham side that is a timeshare and they will stick it to you. That is not cool. This place has a little bit of everything from a lazy river to a hot tub to a bodacious, indoor waterpark a huge game room, including a bowling 10 to 12 spots to buy all kinds of snacks and foods and even a heated pool in the top deck that was……

“Bathtub was slick. I almost fell. Overall the building is old and needs renovation. The elevator was very far and only one.”

“Have to admit it was one of the CLEANEST rooms we've stayed in for a long time. (& trust me I checked..even used a special light) Only issues were....NO dresser(s).....NO rugs at all, bathroom did not even have a bath mat for after showers!!! Had to go out and purchase one....come on no one wants to step out of a warm shower on to cold cold floor!! However, we loved the ducks outside, the deck and the little stream.....simply beautiful. Very convenient to Bristol, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, ……
