“The bedding was clean but the carpeting felt a little damp. This could be because the AC was set to 68° and high when we came in late. There was a glade plug-in to mask any musty smells. The areas where the carpet met the doorframes were coming up. You have to hold the knob down on the toilet for a good 10 seconds or more just to get it to flush completely. We did see a palmetto bug by the toilet but it was dying. This is an older hotel, and I know that the new owners are very slowly doing……

“I loved the property! In the beggining, Ernest at the front desk wasn't willing to accommodate my dad checking in early because we booked through Expedia and not the hotel. My dad needed to go to the room because he is elderly and has knee replacements and couldn't make it all day at Dollywood before check in time. I ended up calling back at shift change and the young gentleman was very accommodating in letting me update my reservation to allow my disabled dad to check in. Plan on staying……

“Clean property and room. Good shower. Loved the pool with the slide. Great breakfast every morning. Nice fire pits out back, but back outside area showing some wear. Pool area is great. Good workout area as well.”
