“We stayed here for 2 nights going back home to Ohio from Savannah Georgia. It did not disappoint! Beautifully located and close to everything you would want to see! Inside was very inviting and relaxing after being out and about! Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and had everything you needed. Will definitely be staying here again!!”

“This cottage is an absolute little gem. The location to the stream and walkability to downtown is fabulous. It is very minimalist so be prepared that there aren't extra towels. If you are a hot tubber bring your own. Additionally if you are cooking bring salt and pepper as there are no basics or extra anything. That being said there is everything you need for a delightful stay with the sound of the stream for the best night sleep. CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!”

“Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild……

“This was the perfect location for us. We didn’t use our car much at all—we used the trolley to get to Dollywood. And the Mill Cafe had excellent food—we ate there 2 of our 3 nights. We would definitely stay here again!”
