"The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...
"We had a fantastic stay at Les Carriers. The hosts are lovely and have thought of everything! The property is beautiful, there's a lot of space and privacy, our room was spacious with a nice outdoor area and outdoor spa bath, the pool and deck area are great, and the breakfast a highlight!!! The property also has gorgeous views, 3 minutes drive or 15min walk from the village of Vogüé, and a lovely "table d'hote. Everything was 5 star! "

"A really lovely location with lots of potential but not well looked after and somewhat shabby. We were told the washing machine did not work and the kitchen smelled of gas - even when the tank was turned off. Several small issues and the host was fairly responsive, but we had a great deal of difficulty finding the property when we arrived (as there was minimal information provided) and had to disrupt several neighbours in order to find it. "
"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle).
We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station.
Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road.
Will certainly stay in Ibis again."
