“Alles super”

“The apartment is okay at best. We were greeted with dirty dishes, dried-out flowers and no A/C during the heat wave. The host told us it was "clearly stated" in the listing that there is no A/C, but I checked it - there is just nothing said about it, so we were absolutely unprepared. And I have messaged the host three times, asking if they can provide at least a fan, but they just ignored my questions. Also there were no extra trash bags or laundry detergent - so the short-term visitors are……

“Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Gemütliches und grosszügiges Zimmer mit Blick vom Balkon Richtung Gran Paradiso - wunderschön! Zum Frühstück gab‘s frische zubereitetes Rührei mit Schinken, „Crêpes di Laura“ und noch ganz viele andere Köstlichkeiten… Perfetto!!!”

“For Cogne and Residence Chateau Royal are the most wonderful part of our journey in Italy. We were so regretful for not staying here for more days! It's no where but Paradise!”

“When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response. When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely……
