“It’s a very clean hotel and well-maintained. It was convenient to get to with public transit to and from Part Dieu train station, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that gets you to Place Bellecour and close to Vieux Lyon. We’d stay here again. The only problem was that one of the young women at the front desk was very sour when we checked in. All other staff were great!”

“I stayed at Felix d’Ort in Lyon for two nights. The location is definitely one of its strong points. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the main train station and very close to several supermarkets. There are also a few cafés and restaurants nearby, and you can reach the Garibaldi metro station in around 8 minutes, which makes getting around the city quite easy. “We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……
