“We rented the whole apartment with 4 rooms on the 3rd floor. The front door key card reader was broken and would not open properly. Another one of our rooms also had a broken key card reader and had to be opened with physical key. The place is OK but certainly not worth the premium price we paid. Staff were very nice and helpful. “The room is very comfortable and clean, and all the hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the metro station, and a supermarket, with a safe and secure environment. The elevator is small but efficient. Although it can only carry three passengers at a time, it’s a great convenience for travelers with large luggage, saving them the hassle of carrying it up the stairs. That’s wonderful! The Wi-Fi connection is very smooth.”

"Location is truly superb on Rue Cler, in an old style 19th century Haussmannian building which is beautiful. Rue Cler is a famous pedestrian market street located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France. Although the rooms are a little small the hotel staff are superb, attentive and very friendly. They went out of their way to help me retrieve a lost item. I can’t thank them enough and we would stay there again."
