Welcome to Carpos Villa, a stunning retreat that reimagines effortless holiday living. Nestled within a 5,500m2 olive grove, the villa immerses you in the beauty of Cretan nature while providing convenient access to local shops and daily amenities.
This spacious 240m2 property boasts four bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Designed with families and larger groups in mind, Carpos Villa seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxed, open living. The villas decor is elegantly minimal, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure a stress-free stay.
Layout
Ground Floor

As you enter Carpos Villa, youre welcomed into a spacious, open-plan living and kitchen, as well as one bedroom. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy corner sofa, a 65 HDTV with Netflix and Disney+, a home cinema system, and a Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catered holiday, while the indoor dining area overlooks the beautiful olive groves, creating a serene backdrop for your meals.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features, a self-controlled A/C and direct access to the lawn-covered garden and a veranda equipped with chaise longues.
First Floor
Ascending the beautifully designed staircase, you will find the remaining three bedrooms.


Bedroom 2: This master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a stand-up shower. It also provides a self-controlled A/C and access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture to enjoy the stunning views of the countryside and sea.



Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can also be joined together to form a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), upon request, and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a loft area, where a single bed is placed, to accommodate the 9th guest.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can also be joined together to form a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), upon request, and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a loft area, where a single bed is placed, to accommodate the 10th guest.

Also, both of these bedrooms offer balcony access, boasting wonderful views of the surrounding olive groves, the sea and Chania town.

Outdoor area

The vast, beautifully landscaped, 2.000 sq.m. outdoor area of Carpos Villa offers a variety of facilities which include:
?- A private, 70 sq. m. swimming pool (0,20 - 1,60 m. deep). The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- A separate childrens pool (0,45 m. deep).
- Shaded area offering fully equipped, gas barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area, so you can try al fresco dining with your loved ones.
- A fire pit and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth connection give you the opportunity to enjoy some relaxing nights with your favorite music and a refreshing drink.
- The lawn-covered area by the pool is ideal for the kids to play and the outdoor play structure with swings and slide will keep them busy!
- Challenge your loved ones in a friendly game on our handmade wooden table tennis!
- For those who wish to stay fit and active, the garden is also perfect for yoga practice (mats available).
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, bean bag chairs, outdoor living room, and hammock) for relaxing on the veranda, the gardens around the villa, and the balconies.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA
Carpos Villa is located on Akrotiri peninsula, close to a small traditional village of Chorafakia. The villa is built in an olive grove, surrounded by nature very close to the sea!

In Horafakia village you will be able to find a mini market, bakery, butcher, gas station, newsagent shop and some amazing traditional taverns which we will indicate you the exact location on your arrival. Furthermore 7 km away from the villa there is a bigger village called Kounoupidiana where you will be able to find any kind of shops you may need such as traditional taverns, pharmacy, medical center, post office and many more.

Regarding Akrotiri area, there are some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests.

In addition, if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Chania town is 14 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment.

The closest beach to the villa is Tersanas Beach, around 2.2 km from the villa and Stavros beach, around 2.8 km away from the villa. In Stavros village you will find two beaches. The main beach where "Zorbas" was filmed, is located in the east side of the village, at the foot of the mountain and has marvellous white sand and shallow turquoise waters. The second beach of Stavros is located in the north side of the village and has sand and rocks in places and is less organised than the first, but cleaner.

Furthermore, on the west of Crete you will find some of the most amazing and famous beaches of Crete and Greece like "Phalasarna", "Balos", "Gramvousa", and "Elafonisi".
