"House met all of our needs. We really appreciated the comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and the sun room for dining. The boat dock was perfect and we loved having our boat on site. I missed the gate code listed on the top of the page, not in the directions but we figured it ok and Brian responded quickly too. Thanks! "

"We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful lake house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and well-kept everything was. The house is stunning inside and out — tastefully decorated, spacious, and filled with natural light. We absolutely loved our time here and are already talking about coming back. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful escape — this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!"

"My wife and I along with a few friends stayed for the 4th. We arrived at the house and were very impressed by the patio and all the outdoor seating. There was plenty of space in the house for all 8 of us. We brought 2 boats with us and there was plenty of room at the dock for both of them. Cliff was great at communicating everything with us and even mailed us a watch that one of my friends left behind. We had a great stay and hope to come again soon "
"The perfect spot for a group trip to Lake Jocassee. A short drive from the park and boat ramps yet still felt secluded and safe. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house and the kitchen was very well appointed, which was good because we did a lot of cooking. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the days after exploring the lake. Beds were firm but comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice. I got a little nervous when I was informed that I would only be given the door code 15 minutes before arrival but I received that text right on time. My only issue with that was that you’re also given the address at that time which means you don’t know exactly where you’re going until you’re almost there. Also, the gas grill shown in pictures is no longer there. We had planned our meals out and already did our shopping when I was messaged that it had been removed. We had to stop on the way to pick up charcoal. But at least they told us before we got there. Other than those small details everything else about the stay was great and I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"There was a musty smell inside when we arrived, like it had been closed up all winter but after a trip to the store and a purchase of some air freshener every thing was wonderful. The only other thing was the can opener didn't work so you might want to invest in a new hand held one. I would schedule another stay! Was exactly as advertised and the host was very accessible. Well worth the cost!"
