Search and Rent Chapman Ranch Condos

"Everything was exactly as we could have expected. The apartment was clean and fully stocked. It’s located a short walk to the beach and includes a very nice pool. Very nice to also have a deck, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Check in at night was a little tricky (no knock on the property owner) as there is no obvious signage on the outside of the buildings. But overall we were very pleased and would stay here again if we’re in the area. "

Some pros were the beach view, the condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed (pillows, extra blankets, towels, body wash and conditioner and other things for the kitchen that we didn’t use), the temp in the room was good, the pool was heated, and the host answered my questions fairly quickly. Some cons were that the hot tub was cold (maybe not on), the card scanner on the gate to the beach access was not working so we just had to...

"clean condo with two bedrooms, all space lovely decorated; cozy and has everything needed; a great place for family to stay and enjoy Corpus Christi. The beach is not far but may not be an easy walk. The nice thing is that you can just drive directly to and on the beach. We will stay here again if we come back. "
