He said, "Don't worry, you'll be fine." He put us in the room at the top of the noisy stairs, which were banging and vibrating loudly when people passed. Could not switch rooms for 2 nights. Also, the toilet is wedged in between the glass shower and side wall, so there is no room to spread legs apart to use commode without a stinking mess. I suppose building codes in historic restorations allow such tiny, narrow spaces.
