Beautiful property and so close to everything downtown - We walked to all the shops and restaurants! We stayed in a Residence and had so much space, it even had a washer and dryer in the room. Definitely a good place to stay for a long trip, it feels like an apartment. They dropped off a breakfast basket every morning and we tried the coffee shop too which was very cute and had great coffee! Love the style and decor of the whole hotel.

The location of this property is great. Very walkable and convenient. The studio room was huge which was also lovely. The room does need some updating however. The walls are a bit chipped, the table surfaces scratched up, the grout in the shower needs a refresh. My room also wasn't cleaned very well, I found a discarded strawberry on the floor as well as some kind of food wrapper. That being said, the staff is nice and we enjoyed our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration Hotel in Charleston, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Jameel and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully restored historic features that seamlessly blend with modern amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the exceptional service we received from the staff. Whether it was providing extra towels or arranging transportation, they always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Jameel in particular was a standout, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend The Restoration Hotel to anyone visiting Charleston. The combination of luxurious accommodations and top-notch service make for an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Jameel and the rest of the staff for making our stay so memorable!
