Great place to stay in Charleston

We had a wonderful trip. This place was super clean and had everything we needed to make our trip spectacular. The property manager responds quickly making sure all questions are answered immediately. Highly recommend!!

Full of light!

Really nice property, very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is 3 floors so keep that in mind. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has all basic supplies. There were 12 of us ranging from 11 to 8 years old and we fit perfectly well. It’s location is really good, nice bagel shop down the street and walking distance to King St.

We were impressed with the amount of forethought into what would be needed at this VRBO. They provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner, as well as dish soap, detergent pods, and ear plugs for bedrooms that were adjacent to noisy air conditioners. There was also double washers and dryers which you never see! Plenty of seating in the kitchen. A dedicated ice maker was also in the kitchen which came in handy for hot days. Each bedroom had a bathroom and shower which helped speed along everyone getting ready each day. The main floor was all cement flooring. I found it cold and hard. The stairs were very steep and would be difficult for anyone who is handicap or older in age. There was dedicated parking outside but you had to back out of the lot onto a street, so that was a plus and yet a minus. Overall it accommodates large groups well. It’s location is close enough to downtown Charlestown and we were able to get to the beach and areas for dining and shopping easily. There were two great places to eat breakfast within a one minute walk. Would highly recommend both Holley City bagels and the Coop.

Great time in Charleston

Our girls trip was enhanced by our VRBO. This property was super clean, well furnished and in a great location. Terrific layout and great amenities. The owner was accessible and easy to work with.

Great property!! Ice maker was a huge plus!! Only small suggestion is adding tissues in the bathroom and another frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise very well appointed! Appreciated the heads up about the air conditioner. The workers were very nice. Also loved having 2 private parking spots.

Great stay in an incredible location

Overall a great stay at this location. The house was beautiful and perfect for a larger group. It was right near downtown which made it very walkable. I would highly recommend this house. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Palmetto Palm - Excellent

Great Location and Cozy Spot

Looking for a place to park your car and enjoy the Holy City, this is your place! With a bakery and little eateries and bars within a couple of blocks and King Street just a 15-20 minute walk, this was the perfect spot for our group of 10!

Wonderful week in Charleston

We had such a wonderful week! The place was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! In walking distance to everything. The management staff was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would have wanted would be a tad larger living space with more seating. Other than that it was perfect!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

We loved staying here for a bachelorette trip! The location is perfect, so close to all the restaurants and bars. We had an issue with the AC, but the property managers were so responsive and sent someone out within an hour of calling. Would definitely stay again!

Simply Wonderful l

Stayed at the Palmetto Palm for 3 nights for a birthday girls trip. The property was amazing! The cleanliness, the hospitality (shot out to Kate), the spa like bathrooms…I could go on and on. Simply put. We will be back and we are staying here!

Great spot for a larger group in downtown Charleston

Our family of 8 had a great stay here. Lots of bedroom and bath configurations that made it super comfortable for everyone. It also is extremely convenient to King street and lots of shops and restaurants. One note for larger groups - the common space/living room isn't the most conducive to hanging out in a large group. It's comfortable but doesn't have a single spot to all gather and play games, etc. The same is true for meals - there's seating for 12 but it's counter/bar seating spread around the kitchen dining area and not a large table to all gather at. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and snacks but not ideal for a sit down dinner. But it's lovely and is a great platform to explore the city!

Perfect Large Group Stay

We had a great time staying at the Palmetto Villa. The rooms all have a bathroom attached, so it was perfect for our group of 11 girls. The location is a short walk to King Street and there is plenty of places to go to nearby. The place was clean and I would definitely stay again!

Bunco group vacation

For a group of 10 women the Palmetto was the perfect rental. The hosts were extremely attentive to any requests we made and the place could not have been nicer. The Palmetto is very new and everything was very fresh and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, too. It is also within walking distance to downtown Charleston.
