“Very nice condo. Great beach vibe. We saw Sheepshead (fish), crabs and other small fish right by the dock. A manatee swam right next to the dock as we were standing there! The private beach access is only for the sure-footed and depends on the tide. This is out of the owner's control. Large 'boulders' have been placed to slowdown erosion. It is a great place to watch the sunset. Go to one of the other beautiful beaches nearby to hunt for shark teeth and enjoy the water. ”

“The view was fantastic and as advertised. The property is well kept and we didn't have any issues. I liked the parking under the condo units, but it is tight. I'm glad I don't have a full-size SUV or truck as it would be very tight. The area is still recovering from 2024 hurricanes, and some construction activity is going on in nearby homes. Hopefully no storms this year so the area can fully recover. Restaurants are close and very good. Found plenty of shark teeth as Stump Pass Beach State……

“I can't say enough about this experience! Not only is the location the most beautiful in the world (teal water, starfish, white sand, great shops and eateries, and lovely excursions), but the host is amazing! We were right near the pool and hot tub and clubhouse to exercise, and he let us use his bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, golf cart, and fishing gear! There's also a local sandbar you can walk to with your kids right outside. It's a dream stay and would do it again and again!”

“Ocean view was not what the picture showed, only a small portion of the beach could be seen from the balcony, otherwise place was great, property was on the beach, just a short walk, very comfortable for the 4 of us, we had a great weekend.”
