Nestled in the heart of Concord, NC, this cozy 3-bedroom ranch offers comfort and convenience just minutes from downtown, Concord Mills, and Charlotte Motor Speedway.   
  
Relax in the spacious living area, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy meals in the inviting dining space. Step outside to the quiet backyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing.   
  
Ideal for families and friends, this home is the perfect base to explore all that Concord has to offer!  
  
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are always just a message or phone call away. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need local recommendations. Your comfort is our top priority.  
  
A historic post-WWI neighborhood in the heart of Concord, North Carolina. This charming community, rich with character and history, is home to cozy ranch-style houses that have stood the test of time. Some have been beautifully remodeled with modern comforts, while others remain cherished generational homes, lovingly passed down through families.  
  
Conveniently located near downtown Concord, local shops, and dining, this area offers a blend of history and modern convenience, making it the perfect place for a peaceful yet connected getaway.

The home was recently renovated with very nice upgrades and very clean. The groovy” 70’s decor was so cool-each room was unique. We were quite comfortable during our 10 day stay. We traveled with our pup and found a park close by with walking trails for her daily exercise. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Overall a great experience!
