Some items could have been better cleaned- there were splatters on bathroom walls, chips and crumbs on bed frame, etc. I can say that when we were missing a hair dryer or needed extra towels, the front desk staff was ver accomodating

Overall, it was a great experience. The breakfast was good and the timing was awesome. The rooms were and hallways were clean. The pool was being shocked for the most time we were there but once it opened, it was a great area. The only complaint is the staff don’t know the area to make suggestion. Also, we were coming in late from a soccer event so we planned on frozen food for dinner and the staff did not have access to plastic ware, even though the hotel sells instant meals that require that. But it was still a great experience that put BW back on my radar.

I got bad experience about Best Weston plus on this location. Sink was stuck , check in around 5pm but room not ready ( Should be ready at 3pm). So disappointed!

Pool was closed in the middle of the day when it was 95 degrees outside and breakfast was terrible. I only booked this hotel for the outside pool and best western usually has good breakfast. All around bad experience

My husband and I loved the hotel! The staff was really nice and helpful, the room was quiet and clean, we slept really well. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, there a variety of options. We were very happy to be able to charge our rental electric car at the hotel (for free), that is super handy. We highly recommend!

If you are looking for a low budget, bootleg and janky hotel experience then this is where you want to stay. They won’t have any towels, so make sure you travel with your own, then there was no hot water on one morning, when you walk in, you’ll be greeted with the smell of mildew and old basement, coupled with the staff sitting on their cell phones and not paying attention to the customers when they come in, and don’t think for one second the front desk is going to provide quality customer service; oh no, they are definitely looking for an argument because apparently they only hire children to work there. Even the cleaning lady, who visibly has towels on her cart will tell you she has none and to ask the front desk, in Spanish. This was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER book at another Best Western.

2nd day my room was left open after I asked for service to the bathroom, which I had problems with the whole 3 days. Never enough towels and rags for guest. Elevator broke and works when it wants to. Definitely don’t recommend due to safety reason I was going to extend my stay but I didn’t feel safe at all.
