Shuttle arrived at airport 1 3/4 hours after landing. Check in girl was terrible (May 4, 5pm) No room service. Phone did not work. Maids were wonderful. Breakfast was $20/no food after that until 5pm. Pool closed. All excuses were "we just opened"

I spent a lot of $ to get a king suite after a long road trip. Upon arrival I was told that my digital check-in was invalid because it was "through expedia" despite getting an email from expedia encouraging me to do the digital check in. The room they first assigned me had a huge water leak, so we had to be moved. The second room the gave me had no mini fridge, so maintenance had to bring one from anotber room. It wasn't a cheap room and I am a Hilton rewards member, so the property should be more prepared for their guests to check in. Moving rooms was extremely difficult and annoying conscidering I drove 12 hours and had mt dog with me. Front desk staff was friendly, but... they were clearly not prepared for our arrival and unaware of the maintenance issues in their rooms.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was for the shuttle service to and from the airport. To confirm shuttle service I called ahead and was told the shuttle runs 24/7. All I had to do was to call them when I arrived and give them a time when I was to leave. Checked in and was told the shuttle does not run when I needed it the next day. I would have to get a cab or an Uber. Shuttle is exclusively for airport crew only. WHAT?? After some discussion a front desk clerk Paul or should I say "Prince Paul" secured 2 seats for us on a shuttle at the exact time we needed. Guests should be aware of the shuttles times and Prince Paul deserves a raise!!

There seemed to be a large party that were running up and down the halls till 3 am. The noise levels were inconsiderate to those people such as myself who were staying for business and needed to try to sleep.
