I like that it was very close to attractions and things that I needed didn’t have to travel to far what I didn’t like is that I arrived early and was not allowed to check in early nor given an option I ended up having to sleep in my car in the cold until the sun came up the next morning was still charged for early check in

Great customer service and friendly staff. My biggest complaint was the room amenities & care. I had to request basic things like hand soap and shower wash. My room also appeared to be barely cleaned and made up from the last person's stay. My friend in another room had a similar experience with her room.

The hotel is warm and inviting on the outside but when u get upstairs its old and outdated. The room sign was missing from my room and it took a minute of walking up and down the hall find the room. Once we entered the room it was mildewy and smelled of wet DOG. I sprayed Lysol.
