The apartment was so comfortable, clean and complete (just the hair dryer didn’t work) but truly what is provided, equipped kitchen, tv with all the services, great instructions and communication. We were very comfortable and pleased with the experience

Every thing about our stay was good except I didn’t feel comfortable that the maintenance guy mistook our place two consecutive days and attempted to open the door without prior notice. When we answered him he said it was the wrong unit😞.

Very nice apartment. However, the ice maker and the bedroom ceiling fan didn't work. Long walk from parking to apartment, but that was just being unlucky. Door lock was difficult to operate (until another tenant walked by and showed us the "trick" they'd figured out). Check-in instructions were overly complex. The strap that holds the tag that gets you through the parking gate doesn't hold the tag very well (can easily slip off), which is especially onerous since they charge you $250 if you lose it. Other possible fees make you feel a little less than welcome. Both I and a friend had to contact support to get in (mostly due to check-in instructions).
