"Clean and nice experience"

"The front desk literally does nothing to help you and lies to your face. We didn’t get the room we booked online that was advertised with full fridge, was told they don’t have such rooms by front desk. To only find out that the room I booked was on the first floor given to another party. So we got a tiny fridge without a microwave also. "The breakfast was great. The lobby was nice . No pool. Rooms were nice. If you plan on using the pull out sofa you need to go to the front desk for the sheets. Overall, a good hotel."

"I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it"

"Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room."
