Weekend getaways in Jackson

Very nice experience staying at this property. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy. The next morning Chris made breakfast for me and we had a good chat. Chris also made French toast and packed it with grapes for my little daughter when we left. Thank you for the wonderful memory. We will be back soon.

Service is fast, friendly and above expectations. A very beautiful hotel and very well maintained. The staff was beyond helpful assisting with any type of question related to on-site or in-town items. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was average. They allow pets and i have bad allergies, they helped me to get a room that might help but not sure if it did.

It was a new facility with a modern decor. Service was excellent and the staff were very accomodating. Only improvement opportunity would be to put a hair dryer in the room (not sure why we didn't have one) and breakfast options. When I went to check out a little after 10, there was no one in the lobby or at the front desk to get a coffee.

Great experience glad we have this hotel in town just what we needed.

Clean,close to town good price hope to stay again next fall

We were looking for a place with a pool to get the kids out of the house and enjoy some swimming. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There was a group if construction workers who tracked mud everywhere so the halls and elevator had that after they came in which was frustrating for the staff as much as for the guests I am sure. Overall it was a great family get away weekend.

We found an old used ear plug in our room. Other than that, everything looked and felt clean. The hot tub had unfortunately stopped working. But the front desk people were very apologetic for it and let us know right when we checked in. The pool was clean and a decent size. They kept up with restocking towels too. Overall, it is a well maintained hotel with a good staff.

Reunion with family. I got to catch up on sleep. I never heard neighbors or staff. It was well worth the cost of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

In town visiting family, this place was perfect for our short 1 and 2 day stays. Will make this our hotel of choice when in town. Bonus being pet friendly and my dog loved the tile. Hot tub room was great after traveling from Texas. Thank you! Will be back for the holidays!

It was clean, quiet, comfortable and has a Chinese restaurant across the street. Right off the highway and easy access to town.
