The parking lot was well-lit and well maintained. The hotel was clean and also well maintained. My room had more than sufficient towels, soap and waste baskets. The room was large and the A/C worked well. I will definitely stay here again!

For the low price, the hotel met our needs well and was a good value. The rooms are a little dated and could use a refresh. I like its proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and the highway. It was the best value for Portland, MI, which is a beautiful city.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, it's a very quiet area convenient to stores and food. There's a walking trail behind the hotel, and indoor pool. Staff was very friendly and eager to help at every turn. If I'm ever near Portland, MI again I'll definitely stay here.

We stayed 2 nights here and would do it again. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy. My recommendation to the hotel would be to buy new pillows. They weren’t as comphy as other hotel pillows. Ti feel they are worn and need replacing.
