He came to meet me within 5 mins. of my call, showed us the place and explained everything. He also spent time introducing local restaurants and points of interest. "Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. Would not hesitate to recommend & hope to come back again."

"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

"-UNRESPONSIVE HOST -Incomplete address requiring local shop keepers help to locate the unit, and to get luggage and groceries to the apartment -Unit is on 4TH FLOOR, which takes EIGHT flights of stairs to get to and there is NO ELEVATOR. -The bedroom is up an old, narrow, slippery, wooden staircase with NO LIGHTS and NO HANDRAILS. There was no way I was going to let my 81 year old mother use those stairs in the day or night! They were incredibly dangerous! -Two of the lamps in the bedroom did...

"This was billed as a hotel and was not. Even the taxi driver could not find it! It is a tiny apartment next to the laundry room on the ground floor under a train trestle. And by the way, there is no air conditioning. The choice was to leave the windows open and deal with the noise of the train or keep the windows shut in the record breaking heat. "Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"This is an amazing place to stay with large well designed rooms and we had a wonderful balcony. We were warmly greeted by Gaetan, the man at the front desk, and he made our stay extra nice : ). He is a wealth of information and very helpful. Parking is easy and connected to the hotel. The breakfast was the best we had so far on this trip. Lots of choices for all diets. This is a hospital hotel for people who want family to stay close by or for those new mommies who want to rest a few more days. You may see some cute newborns at breakfast! Don't hesitate to stay here!"
