My time while I was in Chicago waiting on my next flight I was very disappointed at how a person from another country was treated. He was not on my flight but he was sitting near me waiting on his flight. He was waiting at the gate where his ticket said but his flight was never called. He asked me if I was on the same flight and I told him no and to ask a person at the desk. He went to 3 different people before someone finally told him to go to another gate. Well he did not understand and sat down. No one bothered to help him to understand better so I got him and led him to the correct gate. Well I thought how rude that was that man paid good money for a service that he could had missed all because he did not understand. Then my gate was changed as well without any announcement or anything. Only way I knew is it was time for my flight but the ticket desk never had my flight up there so I was going to look at the board and found my flight at another gate. Something needs to be fixed about that because I'm sure there are people that misses their flight because you guys never let them know there is ever a change and being an international airport you need to be better accommodating to your customers.
