Did not like baggage fees

I really was pleased with my flight however I had to take the seats they assigned me to. Is that because I purchased a “cheap” ticket? I am a large person and have anxiety about crowding someone so it is helpful if I have an isle seat. I had no options given me. Therefore, I was worried about my entire trip. where available, I was given a seat with no neighbors. BTW the attendants were very nice. On deplaning in Providence I slipped and fell on a metal plate in the jetway. An attendant was right there to help me up and see if I was ok. I hurt my knee but felt I was going to be ok and went on. thank you Delta

Very small uncomfortable plane.

The security was ridiculous and long lines we thought we were going to miss our flight but made it thank God. I didn't sit in the seats I paid for and got reimbursed with no issues. I know the security wasn't frontiers fault but they could have been a little more organized during boarding, I had a nice flight and will definitely be flying with frontier again

Remarkable landing

It's 2018, seat power outlets, tv monitors free of charge to watch movies and free wifi would be nice for the amount of money it costs to fly.

Just needed to know that I needed to print a luggage tag myself from a kiosk before going to the bag drop counter,
