WiFi didn't seem to work at all, which wasn't huge for me, but it was disappointing to be told there was WiFi when it didn't work

I paid an extra $40 for a seat with "more room" so that perhaps I could work on my laptop during the flight. There is absolutely not enough room for me to do this in a regular seat. I chose the first row, and I should have known, I admit, that it might have special features, but I wish when I chose it that I would have received information like there's no tray table in front of you (the one that comes out of the seat functions, but it is so close to the body that working was really not an option). Also, I did not think about the fact that they weren't going to let me keep my carry on laptop bag by my feet. It had to be stowed for take off and landing, which amounted to almost half the flight based on when they felt it was okay for me to get up and get the bag out of the overhead compartment. I'm not stupid, I should have thought of these things, but in this day and age when there are warnings on aerosol cans about not spraying in your own eyes, I guess I wouldn't have minded a little reminder that paying extra for this particular seat would have it's cons. Also, paying extra for earlier boarding doesn't really help when they call for what zones can board but then just let every single passenger get in line anyway and pass through. If the passenger gets to the agent and is NOT from the zone that is allowed to board, they just should tell them to get out of line and wait. Otherwise, what's the point? I also could have done without the stewardess who must have said, "Okay, let's get out of here" "Okay, let's go" "Okay, let's get out of here" about 25 times while people were boarding. We weren't late, it just wasn't necessary to make everyone feel rushed.
