My husband and I were traveling together. I thought I had selected seats together but we ended up in totally different rows. Had I not been able to change to the same row during online check in and ask another passenger to switch seats before the flight, we wouldn't have been very happy. Why split up people traveling g together?!

I was randomly checked at Seaoul before boarding the plane. I asked why they were doing what they’ve done to me and they cannot give me a reason. They just signaled me to just go & keep moving forward. That was very RUDE of their TSA. I know this is not a part of Asiana Airlines but I just thought i’d Bring it out. Maybe you guys can tell Asiana & they can relay it to their TSA to be more friendly to passengers because that was very RUDE of them. Thank you

Cramped seats

Apr 25, 2018

We were delayed because of a maintenance light, but the delay itself was perhaps ten minutes, if that. The flight was smooth and happily uneventful and we landed early. 10/10

Good job

Make the carry on baggage cheaper than checking it in. Charging them at parity makes no sense.

A meal on a 6 hour flight- Seattle to Maui would have been appreciated.

Almost missed the flight because our connecting flight was stuck on the tarmac due to no gate availability. However, the flight attendants were helpful and friendly. The seats are too small, no space to walk down the aisle, and no leg room.

Delayed but changed the connection schedule without problems.
