The hotel was expensive for what it was. Just a clean room in the theater district. Lots of extra fees, including parking though there is no valet. Staff did not seem to know what the charges were when asked. Staff not helpful at times. The outside is scary looking .

The entrance is scary looking. Run down and windows are advertising a circus dinner. Does not feel like hotel entrance. Staff was nice yet did not explain when asked about parking fees that it was an additional 55 dollars a night. The hotel rooms overlooked parking garage age or should I say I to the parking garage. Nice location but far to expensive for what it is.

Thank you to the wonderful staff, really made are check in and stay very relaxing. Nice spacious rooms, and very quiet. Also so nice to be next door to the theatre. Beautiful water front, not far from the hotel. Very clean city, with so much culture, and beauty.

If you’re looking for a really nice place to stay that’s also incredibly convenient for getting around the loop, as well as River North, this is the one! Not to mention if you’re in town to see a show, all you have to do is step outside and all the theaters are right there. Staff is friendly and the lobby and game rooms provided some quiet places to spend with my family.

Nicely renovated city sized room. Bathroom was so nice! Happy hour pricing AOK. $6 lemon drop martini? Yum. Lobby on 9 takes some getting used to. Elevator lobby at street level is not especially secure and we had an icky urban teenager experience after theater with a dozen kids trying to get upstairs on our key card. Calling a cab also complicated. Can’t beat this location for a theater-centric Chicago visit.

The hotel location us very good. The size of the room and bathroom is good too. We received a room where stool was floating in the toilet, so we received another one. Nobody apologized for to us. We are afraid that cleanliness of this hotel is very poor.
