We had an overall excellent stay during our trip to Naperville. Staff was very friendly and made sure to let us know about the happy hour that gave us both a complimentary drink, room had a little wear and tear (scratches on surfaces in the kitchen and door) but was well cleaned and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was better than most free breakfasts offered by hotel chains. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers to the Naperville area.

When we arrived it was confusing because of the Windows breach they were unable to provide us with a room key. It was nice that they offered 2 complimentary drinks and appetizers in the evening. We left to get dinner and came back to get to our room to find out that our room was without air conditioning. The engineer was in the room and stated that the host should get us a new room. We went down stairs to find out that the hotel was completely booked and they had no other rooms available. Are only option was to be given 2 box fans to keep the room cool for the night. The staff was kind and attempted to help. The staff also had to assist each and every customer with allowing them into their rooms due to not being able to make any room keys.

Wish I could give negative. Rooms were dirty with dust, mold, rust, leftover food from previous guests and even bugs. There was broken doors, broken beds, stains on pillowcases, blankets and window curtains, and so much more. No managers onsite on the weekends is unacceptable. 2 luggage carts for a 7 story hotel is a joke. The manager Arini should be fired for negligence and lying to her guests. After speaking several times, we were promised a monetary refund but have since been denied. She was rude and did not care about the countless issues we had. The evening reception was a joke with the quality and quantity of snacks and the staff lied to my children several times telling them they would make popcorn and failed to do so. It was overall one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced and for being in the highly rated location of Naperville, it was an extreme let down. I will never stay there again.

The Embassy Suites is a very clean hotel. I love the free breakfast, and the evening meet and greet. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. When I travel, I choose The Embassy Suites.
