Suites are large, and if you get a corner room on a higher floor ( above 12), you’ll have a fantastic view of either Michigan avenue or the western skyline . Sounds of the city are very loud , as northwestern hospital Is a few blocks away ….. bring a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper . Beds are sooooo comfortable . Fridge in room.

The lobby smelled like a locker room. I was giving a room that was not cleaned then put in a larger room. That room’s bedroom door wasn’t solid (shaded glass) and light came through all night. The chandelier control was hidden in the bar area and I couldn’t find it. I had to wait a half an hour at 11pm for someone to find the light switch.The bed was terrible. Very lumpy. Room was cold and there wasn’t an extra blanket. I think the room really hadn’t been used in a long time. In any event, I was overall very disappointed. The staff was friendly but I won’t stay there again.
