The room wasn’t nearly as clean as it should have been, very few towels, needed repairs, no coffee maker. Room is also small and cramped for two people.

The entire place is a joke. I paid Expedia and showed up to a dump. Nothing like pictures. Stayed in the room all of 3 hours and left to go out, came back and housekeeping took all of our belongings and they booked our room! Like the one we were sleeping in. They charged me 500 after I had already paid and then had no reasons as to why we had no room. So I am filing a report with the police because now more money is being charged and that’s illegal.

I had to get moved into a different room, due to the lock on the door being “ dead” and i was not able to have access to my items until my stay was over. Due to no-one being available at the time of my arrival to the property.

Check in was quick and the room was clean and comfortable. My dog also loved it because she stayed for free … oh wait, she said she didn’t care about that, but I liked that 😉 … she liked that there was plenty of grass all around and there were ground squirrels and she just about thought she caught two because they were under a bush … but of course, she was mistaken, because she doesn’t fit under the bush and they do 😂😂😂 Anyhow, it was lovely, clean, front desk staff were friendly, and the the beds were comfy!

Do not book at this location!! They are trying to run some scam once they get access to your credit card information. I already booked and paid through Expedia and they needed a card on file just like any other place. However, I was charged an additional $656 and was told after that this was policy and the "accidental fee" would be returned once I checked out. Thought that was crazy for a fee to be that high without any communication especially it not being in the fine print when I made the booking. Called Expedia for an explanation and a refund because the hotel said I couldn't check out early without getting charged another fee. When Expedia spoke to the hotel regarding this policy fee they doubled down and said just said its policy. I then called the corporate Red Roof number to get an explanation, and they confirmed that there was no policy regarding that amount. When they called this location to see what was going on the explanation was then changed to I was "accidentally" charged that amount and was supposed to only be charged $30. Seriously how do you mistake charging someone almost $700 for $30? The corporate guest relations person told me because of the inconvenience I would not be charged the $30 and the refund would take a week to get back to my card. I was told I would get an email confirmation and never received anything and was charged the $30 the next day. Just all-around incompetence especially the insufferable location manager Erica for the mess they caused.

The photo here wasnt what I received, only now realizing it. The bed was fine but the desk that I needed was way too small and the room was dark. It is time for a makeover, the walls painted, floors changed, dank smell removed.
