From a quick glance the property and unit look great, and a very good location. However it doesn’t take long to notice that everything is dirty and run down. Our unit was gorgeous and spacious, however the couch was extremely stained and a burn mark in it, it was so dirty we had to buy a blanket to we could sit down. My daughter got a piece of glass stuck in her foot as soon as she walked into the kitchen. The shower wall had hair clumped onto it and the grout needs to cleaned. Appears to be a ‘party’ condo/hotel and not really for families. Lots of people coming in and out of the place that didn’t appear to be staying there. Location is great, but a lot more care needs to be taken to keep this place nice.

The room was updated and clean and walkable distance to where we wanted to go. The parking situation was inconvenient, we opted to park at a nearby car garage vs the valet.

I booked months in advance to have a 2 bredroom premium because I loved the view the large windows in the living room but on the day of check in they have me a 2 bedroom that was not the premium. When mentioning this to front desk about the issue no one got back to me at all and didn’t fix the problem. Very upset my money did not go towards what I paid for.

If could give a negative rating on this property, I would. Teriirble is a compliment for this place. The people running this place are bunch of frauds! Aircondition never worked, was promised a queen bed but got double, reservation included shower and tub, study and workspace but never got any of that. The apartment was never cleaned - had dirty towerls, blender, rusty toaster with crumbs from years of use, dirty cooktop, carpet with blood, venthood with grease and kitchen missing half the things promised. Even after notifying the fraudsters, they never bothered to fix it. We were so disgusted that we moved to a different property. Sentral - I am going to come after you for all of this in everyway - monetary and filing complaints with every and all government authorities for running a trash hole
