This hotel looks cool online, but the staff is kinda rude, the breakfast is mainly little debbie snack cakes, the towels are faded/dingy and bleached, the rooms are cool for lovers but need grout work done and the lime and calciun buildup is CRAZY. You can tell they arent taking care of the property.

The staff is excellent although my night went terribly wrong unrelated to this beautiful venue! This place is beautiful and well kept and the staff is very friendly. I’ll be back for a new experience hopefully.

There were alot of things in the suite were broken. (Light switches, outlets, some shower heads). Doors were oddly dirty from the middle of the door down. Other guest were blasting trap music just driving around smoking weed at 1am. Got a jacuzzi suite room, and then was told at the counter, "oh we upgraded your room to a jacuzzi suite room" and i was just like, "oh that's awesome!" Like i didnt know what i paid for...alittle over priced for what I got. Otherwise, staff were really friendly and polite.
