Nice hotel, excellent location.

Pros: Elegant, great facilities and really friendly staff
Cons: Some leaks at the entrance, there was a puddle of water right before entering the hotel. Not bad, but not expected.
Location: Itasca is a beautiful little town. There's a pizza place called Three guys Pizza that gave us excellent service. And the train station was really clo
The hotel personnel were really helpful. I would definetly comeback. My child had a great time at the pool, family oriented. Great job.

Location: Not much nearby
Great food. Top notch hotel. Enjoyed the stay there but it was quite far from downtown.

Expedia reservations does not guarantee bedsize

We had chosen a king size bed from expedia but the hotel staff put us in a double bed room citing lack of availability in spite of booking for king bed size. It caused us so much discomfort and we got up every day with aches in our body. We were disappointed with Westin staff and they offered a free breakfast for a day which didn't help at all !

It seems to be one of the much older Westins. Rooms were extremely dim, even after turning all the lamps on. Curtains had paint marks. Room was clean but still felt uncomfortable. Lobby was nice but hotel area felt a bit unsafe.

Nice clean hotel. Location was a bit out of nowhere. HOwever, they provided a free shuttle ride to the Metra Train station that we could take to go into downtown Chicago. Service was awesome, Free wifi was great, Shula's Steakhouse was a really good restaurant inside the hotel lobby.
