“the first night, the front lock pad kept saying we were entering the wrong code and said to try again later (was more than 5 minutes) before i jumped the gate to access the back door with the keys that were in the lockbox. it was an inconvenience, but luckily we were able to make it work just because we had someone who could jump the fence.tried to message via vrbo app, and property management company led me to contact local host. tried calling twice but wasn’t getting a ring to go through.decor……
